Typical P.E. Schedule                                       

  • 5 Minutes of Warm Up Exercises 
  • 15 Minutes of Skill Development
  • 10 Minutes of Activities/Games

P.E. Expectations


It is expected that each day we have P.E. your child/student will come ready to participate.  This means that they have the right shoes and clothing to allow them to thrive as they participate.  It is expected that 6-8th graders come prepared with P.E. uniforms (i.e, black/blue shorts and a gray Centralia Christian P.E. t-shirt).

Appropriate shoes are also required in the gym. No shoes will be allowed that leave black marks.
